Refund policy

CyberGlass sells through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase at paddle.net or by contacting hello@cyberglass.ca.

Refunds are handled under Paddle's refund policy, which allows Paddle to refuse requests where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. Download links stop working once an order is refunded.

If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll fix or replace it. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or Paddle's Buyer Terms.
