Licence, delivery and refunds

Template Licence

When you buy a template, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use, copy and adapt it for use within your organization only. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the templates, in original or modified form, to third parties. Consultants and MSPs who want to use templates with clients need a consultant licence; contact us.

Nature of the templates

Templates are guidance only. Adapt them to your organization and have them reviewed; CyberGlass makes no representation that use of a template achieves compliance with any law or standard. Framework names are referenced for alignment only. CyberGlass is not affiliated with or endorsed by NIST, ISO, IEC, ISA, CENELEC, APTA, the European Union or any standards body.

Third-party frameworks and public-domain content

Some products reproduce text from publications of the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), such as the outcome statements of the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0. That text is a US government work, not subject to copyright in the United States; it is republished courtesy of NIST with the recommended citation, and CyberGlass claims no rights in it. Your licence covers CyberGlass's original content: explanations, structure, priorities, examples, evidence lists, mappings, formulas, formatting and documents. Standards from ISO, IEC, ISA, CENELEC, APTA and other bodies are referenced by number and title only and are not reproduced; buy them from their publishers. Use of a product does not mean that any standards body has reviewed, approved or certified your organization or our products, and no product may be described as "certified" or "approved" by any of them.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After checkout, our payment partner emails you a download link.

Refunds

If you haven't downloaded the files, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If a template contains an error, tell us and we'll fix it and send you the update.

Updates

We revise templates as frameworks change. Buyers of the current version receive minor updates free for 12 months.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Our payment partner acts as merchant of record and calculates any applicable sales tax, GST or VAT for your country at checkout.
