Use of the website and tools

Our free tools provide general information based on your answers or public data. They are not formal assessments, legal advice or professional advice for your specific situation.

Templates

Templates are provided under the Template Licence on our shop policies page. They are guidance only; you remain responsible for adapting, reviewing and implementing them, and for decisions you make using them. No template guarantees compliance with any law or standard.

Services

Our services are advisory. Reviews are initial assessments based on the information you provide and may change if that information is incomplete or inaccurate. We do not provide live incident response. Reports are for your organization's internal use and may not be relied on by third parties.

Businesses only

Our products and services are intended for businesses and organizations, not consumers. Products are not available where sales are restricted by sanctions or export laws.

Third-party frameworks and public-domain content

Templates reference third-party frameworks and standards (for example ISO/IEC, ISA/IEC, CLC/TS and EN documents) by name only. CyberGlass does not sell or reproduce the text of those standards; use templates alongside your own licensed copies. Some content, such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 outcomes and NIST algorithm names and dates, is republished courtesy of the National Institute of Standards and Technology as public-domain material. NIST and other standards bodies do not endorse CyberGlass. Templates reference the frameworks named and do not certify compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
