Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact forms: your name, email address, company (if you give one) and message, sent through our form provider (Formspree) so we can reply.
• Purchases: processed by our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy), which acts as merchant of record. We receive your name, email and order details, never your card number.
• Free tools: the readiness check runs in your browser and stores your latest score only on your device. The email domain check looks up public DNS records through Cloudflare's public DNS service; we don't store the domains you check.

What we never collect

We never ask for passwords, admin access or confidential system details through this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If we add analytics later, we'll ask for your consent first.

Legal basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the EU and UK, we process contact details to respond to your request (legitimate interests or steps before a contract) and order details to fulfil purchases (contract and legal obligations).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 give you the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and in some cases to object to or restrict processing or to complain to your data protection authority. Where data is stored

CyberGlass is based in Canada. Our service providers may store information in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
